Hello, data + politics nerds!
We are Hawkfish, a team that works with Democratic candidates and aligned organizations to motivate their audiences to take action. Our team of data scientists, creatives, marketers, political campaign veterans and engineers develop and provide research and political insights. Our mission is to equip voters with facts so they can make the most informed decisions at the polls and in the world — on November 3rd and beyond.
We’re excited to kick off this blog on Medium. As a data-driven organization, expect information and analysis that showcases our fact-based work.
As you know, we live in a world with lots of disinformation, misinformation and inaccuracies floating around the internet that can do severe damage to our political process. We intend to combat inaccurate and falsified information by sharing substantiated facts, citing credible sources, and offering a new perspective across a broad range of politically-driven issues.
We won’t tell you what to think. What we will do is provide insights based on quantitative results that can inform how you may think critically about a subject or issue.
